The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Experience at The Westin Virginia Beach! Our group had an exceptional experience at the Westin Virginia Beach. From our very first visit, when we were searching for the right hotel for our conference attendees and dinner event, every team member we met went out of their way to ensure we were able to tour the spaces and speak with a manager before we left. That initial hospitality set the tone, and it truly became one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our guests consistently commented on how welcoming and well-maintained the hotel felt throughout their stay. A heartfelt thank-you goes to Ashley Hanger, Senior Sales Manager, whose professionalism and thoughtful coordination made planning effortless. Trey Lyon was equally wonderful, ensuring every detail of our dinner Saturday evening ran smoothly. Our two banquet servers and the head chef provided outstanding service and a dinner that our attendees absolutely loved, people were still raving about the food the next morning! The front desk team, along with Maggy Klingberg, Assistant Front Desk Manager, were consistently helpful, accommodating, and kind, making every interaction pleasant and efficient. Overall, the Westin VB staff went above and beyond at every stage. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made our event weekend seamless and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Sean and DeJuan provided excellent service during our stay. They addressed our requests promptly and fully and accommodated us with a newborn. I'm super impressed wittbe level of service and would highly recommend if these 2 are there to service the guests.

Stayed here for my birthday back in December. First time here so, some instructions on how to access the lobby would have been helpful. It's a shared garage for public and hotel. As I waited for my fiance to check in, I saw a famous comedian due to the closeness of the comedy place. The room was big and spacious and the view amazing. It was in a good location, where everything was in walking distance. My only complaint was there wasn't enough lighting and the bathroom was set up weird. The toilet was too low, shower was for one person...reminded me of a telephone booth. The tub didn't have a shower head only the tub. Never seen this separate before. Trash cans didn't have bags in it. Tossed and turned all night on hard bed. Because there is a restaurant on site, no complimentary breakfast.

Elegant decor, clean, and spacious rooms. Everything is well kept and clean. Staff is courteous and professional. Parking is always easy and attached to the building. I have stayed here many times for work functions and anytime I attend a comedy show at the funny bone. The location has many restaurants nearby within walking distance.

We stay here once per month for business and bring our dog (she loves traveling with us). Love the hotel, the amenities, and the staff is super friendly and always helpful. Maggy and Mack (Mackenzie) at the front desk are very attentive, friendly and accommodating! Dawn who works at the market that serves Starbucks is also amazing and provides great customer service no matter how busy she is getting everyone’s coffee out in the morning. Love this hotel and look forward to our stays!

Strangely feels like it needs to be updated although it’s pretty modern. Restaurant bar down stairs is nice. Gym and pool are nice too. They don’t have an executive lounge, don’t extend free breakfast as a way to make up for it, and they don’t have the 3-4 movie channels that every Bonvoy property has.

We always enjoy our stays at this location. The staff are always friendly and inviting. The hotel is beautiful and stays impeccably clean. The location is excellent and within walking distance of so many dining options.

I stay frequently at this property. The staff (specifically Ayana) was very professional, pleasant and welcoming. My check in was easy and smooth. She welcomed me with a big smile and made my experience amazing. Thank you Ayana and keep up the great work.
